Refund policy
Returns
If you wish to return a purchase for refund or exchange, please notify us by email and return the item strictly within 14 days from the initial delivery attempt. Unfortunately after this time we cannot offer a refund. Items which have been returned to us outside the 14 day return window will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with no traces of scent or perfume and in re-sellable condition. It should also be in the original packaging if possible.
Swing tags must still be attached. Items with swing tags removed cannot be accepted.
Please note, Gift vouchers are non returnable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and processed you will receive a notification. The refund will be approved and processed via the original method of payment, within 4 - 7 working days.
Exchanges
If the item you wish to have in exchange is less than the value of the original purchase, store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. Valid for 6 months.
Please note we can only offer 1 free delivery per transaction only. Unfortunately we cannot offer free postage on exchange delivery. When processing your exchange we will contact you to arrange payment for posting the replacement item. This will be charged at cost price only.

Please include customer name and order number to identify your return. Items sent without an order confirmation cannot be accepted.
Please ensure that the package is fully insured and tracked for your own peace of mind as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage in transit.
